Job Summary:The HR professional plays a crucial role in the organization by managing various HR functions and contributing to the overall success of the company. They are responsible for ensuring the well-being and engagement of employees, implementing HR policies and procedures, and promoting a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Staffing:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
    Conduct interviews and facilitate candidate selection.
    Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
    Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.

  2. Employee Relations:Handle employee grievances and concerns.
    Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees.
    Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
    Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  3. Performance Management:Develop and implement performance appraisal processes.
    Provide guidance and support to managers on performance issues.
    Assist with the creation of development plans and performance improvement initiatives.

  4. Training and Development:Identify training needs within the organization.
    Coordinate and conduct training programs and workshops.
    Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

  5. Compensation and Benefits:Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs.
    Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking.
    Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  6. HR Administration:Maintain employee records and HR databases.
    Handle payroll and timekeeping tasks.
    Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.

  7. Legal Compliance:Stay updated on labor laws and regulations.
    Ensure the organization's HR practices are compliant.
    Manage documentation for legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (may vary depending on the level of the HR role).

  • Professional certifications such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional) can be a plus.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
